Description

Rose Cottage is a small but perfectly formed holiday cottage set in the pretty village of Colyford, close to the stunning Jurassic coast. Colyford, famous for its annual Goose Fayre, is an attractive village about a mile and a half from the seafront at Seaton, and midway along the main coast road between the lovely seaside resorts of Lyme Regis in West Dorset and Sidmouth in East Devon. The self-contained, single storey cottage offers comfortable holiday accommodation for couples (or small families utilising the sofa bed) and makes a very good base from which to explore the picturesque Dorset area. The cottage is next door to the welcoming owners' home from where they also run a thriving bed & breakfast business.

The popular Seaton Tramway, running along the beautiful Axe estuary, stops at Colyford providing the perfect way to sit back and discover the local area. Walkers will be spoilt for choice with many wonderful inland footpaths nearby as well as the stunning South West Coast Path running along this section of the Jurassic Coast. See property code HOLLIE also at this location.
