We are delighted to introduce Seascape a wonderful detached property with stunning far reaching views across the south coast, both from inside the property and from the large decked terraces, where you can privately relax in this peaceful environment. Guests can enjoy alfresco dining or simply watch the comings and goings of the boats going out to sea from Looe harbour. This property, with its spacious open plan interior, modern kitchen, stylish contemporary living room and all on one level bedrooms offers families and couples alike an extraordinarily enjoyable vacation experience. Set on the outskirts of the thriving harbour town of Looe, with its fishing port and wide sandy beach, and within walking distance of the Cornish coastal path leading down to Plaidy Beach, this is a rather special holiday retreat.
Please note, there is no longer a hot tub available at the property.
Living room: with large sofas, table and chairs, Bang & Olufsen TV. Kitchen/Dining room: with gas hob, eye level electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine. Dining room: with table and chairs to seat 6. Laundry room: with washing machine, tumble dryer. Master Bedroom: with 6ft Super King Size bed, chaise longue, wardrobe and cupboards, TV. Second Bedroom: with 6ft Super King Size bed, chest of drawers, TV. Third bedroom: with 4ft 6in Double bed, TV. The Master bedroom and the second bedroom share a 'Jack & Jill' en-suite luxury shower room. A further Family shower room: with shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Please Note: Children are not allowed in the utility room, located in a separate area from the house (where the washing machine is made available for guests use) as owners also store various household items in here, which may be harmful to children.

Please note: on the lower terrace, young children must be accompanied at all times due to the nature of the wire fencing.
Ample parking beside the property for up to 2 cars.
Included: Bed linen, towels (please note, no beach towels are provided so guests are asked to bring their own), electricity and central heating.
Pets: One well behaved small to medium dog permitted with an additional charge of £25.00 per week.

Local Facilities: Beach and Looe town centre 1.5 miles via the coastal path, or 5 minutes by car. Other south coast beaches are easily accessible by car. Local pub, shops, bakery, general stores, post office and newsagents, approximately 0.5 mile. Larger shops, and restaurants in Looe, approximately 1.5 miles. Polperro 5 miles. Plymouth 21 miles. Truro 29 miles.
Enjoyed our stay and the location is lovely. The decking area is a lovely feature but the decking is warped and damaged a lot so looks a bit tatty and the garden/bushes to front are rear are very overgrown. Rusty fire pit and random items around the external area of the property which look like they have just been abandoned make it look untidy and not very inviting. Still had a lovely holiday but not sure it was worth what we paid for it.

Had a wonderful week. The property has amazing views. A great coastal walk in to Looe town centre. We will book again if it is available next year.
Two hurricanes and we still had great views.
It really was an amazing holiday for us and that is due to the property so we hope to return.
We did enjoy are stay our dog had a wonderful time. I wonder if a hair .drier has been found in the wardrobe . Please could I pay post and package to have it returned.
