September 2018

We did enjoy our stay, the house suited our needs well. Thanks to all.

August 2018

We really had a great holiday and would love to stay here again.

July 2018

Lovely cottage, weather not your fault but could do with a fan in the rooms upstairs

April 2018

Lovely house, very relaxing and comfortable

February 2018

Wonderful holiday. House well appointed, comfortable and spacious for 8 (We were 7 for 5 days of the week.) Garden lovely with nice suntraps. Heating controls a little quirky but always able to have plenty of hot water. Wood burner used twice but not necessary for warmth. The waste bin lid broke after 2 days and a hair dryer "burnt out"......not an inconvenience as we had our own. Really good place, parking excepted.

Delighted you had a good holiday. Sorry about the couple of items that broke on you, we'll get those sorted.

October 2017

Lovely location and warm comfortable house.

July 2017

We really enjoy our stay and the house was lovely and spacious and light. The selection of DVD's and games was very generous. We loved the area and the house was a good base from which to explore the area. It was obvious that the house had been refurbished to a high standard and with just a bit of work could be resorted to its former glory.

July 2017

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thought that the house was very well equipped throughout. The kitchen had just about every accessory you could ever need and the quality of all the equipment and furnishings throughout was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the heating arrangements were great. The house is also in the perfect position to access Kingsbridge on foot. We will definitely return in the future.

July 2017

Hot water ran out with just 4 adults in the property during morning shower time. Combi boiler would overcome this problem. Provision of towels etc would be nice, although this is only a small gripe (not too onorous to bring our own)

Sorry you've had this problem with early morning hot water. We've been letting the house for a number of years and not had this reported before, but we'll pass your comments on to the owner. Delighted however that you enjoyed your stay.

June 2017

A very comfortable house. We had an excellent stay and, of course, the glorious weather added to the overall enjoyment.

February 2017

We have stayed here before and been very happy with it. However, some of the equipment is a little tired now - the metal baking trays are in a dreadful state with the non stick peeling and the wok was rusty and in a poor state. There are not enough vegetable knives, so this needs updating . One of the toaster slots doesn't work, the element has gone. Was disappointed with the standard of cleaning in that I had to wash the frying pans and some of the crockery before I could use it, there were food stains and dried up food on the pans and trying pans. I paid for an additional clean on the Monday with a bed change, but it wasn't done to a high standard. The bed change was fine as were the bathrooms, but the kitchen wasn't properly cleaned, it looked like it had a quick lick not a clean, they didn't move anything off the work surfaces such as the bread bin to flea behind etc. Shame, as previously it's been brilliant.

We are pleased you enjoyed another stay at Bralo. We have inspected the toaster and it is working correctly. In order to save energy it has a setting on it where you can select the number of slots that are in use at any given time. With regards to the kitchen equipment and cleanliness, we will pass these comments onto the helpful owners who will look to rectify this as soon as possible.

September 2016

A lovely house and garden. Well quipped ( especially the cupboard with all the games in! ) A house ideally positioned, easy to access the town

February 2016

This was our second time at Bralo and we were delighted again by its comfortable and spacious feel and excellent position.

August 2015

We are a family of three generations and everyone enjoyed the holiday. The house was excellent with lots of space for everyone and plenty of activities. We could easily have stayed another week! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware The cleaning company had done a first rate job as everything was immaculate. We would have no hesitation in recommending your company.

May 2015

We had a short stay at Bralo as attending a wedding at Buckland Tout Saints hotel which is a couple of miles away. The house is wonderful - clean, spacious, very well equipped and child friendly.

April 2014

We used this cottage as our family base prior to and after our daughters wedding at Buckland Tout Saints. It was everything we hoped for perfect and more a real family home feel to it.
