You'll have a gas barbecue and table and chairs outside. The garden is shared with Dem 1, 2, and 3. Use of outdoor communal swimming pool. Stunning river views. Private parking for one car.

The stylish lounge is decorated in light colours, giving it a light and airy feel. Lovely views of the river from the french doors which open out to a Juliette balcony.
A new kitchen for the 2024 season! The fridge freezer and hob are both new to Portscatho for the 2024 season.
There is plenty of storage space in the master bedroom, plus a vanity unit and views of the Helford River.

The bunk room has two sets of bunks but guests are asked to use only the bottom bunks.

The outdoor heated swimming pool is available for guests' use from May 1st until the end of September.
Visit the Kiosk at Helford Passage for foot ferry tickets across the river to Helford Village, and for boat and paddle board hire.

St Michael's Mount is a 45 minute drive.
Have an unforgettable day out at the Eden Project - about an hour's drive.
