Nestled in the heart of the Fallapit Estate just outside the village of East Allington, the property enjoys access to 18 acres of private land to explore and peaceful seating areas overlooking the lake to soak up the evening sun. The village of East Allington is home to a vibrant pub, well stocked shop and close community. Several sandy beaches, and many seaside towns and villages in the South Hams are within just a short drive away. The grounds, location, space and standard of the property will ensure an impressive and memorable family holiday to enjoy quality time together.

We thought Martel was really exceptional and from the moment we walked in through the front door we were impressed with the high standard of accommodation, and its unique setting, which resulted in us having a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. We look forward to a return visit and will look at other locations in your brochure. We cannot recommend the whole "Toad Hall" experience more highly.
