On the southern bank of Newton Creek is Noss Mayo, a charming little sailing village less than a mile from the coast. Across the water is the neighbouring village of Newton Ferrers, and during the summer months a river taxi ferries passengers between the two harbours. This beautifully presented annexe has a sheltered glass balcony where you can enjoy the setting sun after your day exploring the surrounding coastline.
